The mountain city of Caeg is the only dwarven city in the Kingdom of Agennul.  The Lazlene have ruled the territory since time immemorial and built the current city of Caeg more than two thousand years ago.  They continue to rule despite increasing pressure from the Broccan to relinquish control.  Caeg, its mountains, and the rich mines and workshops are all owned and operated by the isolationist Lazlene, whose small stature has prevented the Broccan from entering their tunnels in any capacity.

The city of Jidtin is a city built along several long, low peninsulas that jut out into East Twin Lake.  The city is relatively young compared to its neighbors, and has only a small population living within its walls.  The city's territory is mostly woods and mountains.  The citizens of Jidtin make most of their money by trading with foreigners or by working small, independent farms.  Jidtin's territory is generally middle-class for the Kingdom of Agennul and self-sufficient in most basic items.

Brolittan is the least independent city, nearly totally subordinated to the needs of Geel.  Brolittan's territory is large and heavily populated, but the poor decisions and short lives of the top members of her noble class have prevented the city from ever asserting itself.

Harbath is Agennul's key to the frontiers of the Gravenhage.  Its lands bridge Agennul's rougher heartlands and the mostly unsettled frontier.  Located on Kokor Lake, Harbath is known for its hardy and determined people, relative poverty, and for shouldering the responsibility of guarding the border.  It maintains hundreds of small holds and bases between Lake Firth and the Eldomere Forest that borders the Gravenhage.  Nearly 25,000 soldiers make these defenses viable, protecting against the Gruoe and Orcoe clans to the west.  Harbath has born the weight of this struggle for more than two hundred and fifty years, and has become intolerant of orcs and ogres found in their territory.
